∙ It may take a couple of business days to pack.We are short staffed. Please order in a timely manner.

∙ Order cut off time is 8 am pst. Orders made after 8 am pst.

♡ Returns

∙ Returns are available up to 14 days after you receive your purchase

∙ The total cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your return total. We are now charging a 25% restocking fee. We are a small team and have to process returns and maintain a wholesale business. Thank you for your time!

∙ Return Shipping Labels will vary from $6.95 and up, depending on the amount of styles returned

∙ Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.

∙ Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

∙ Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

∙ Sale items cannot be returned.

∙ MyHannahBanana monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
